Recurring

For homeowners

Every two weeks, same day, so you stop thinking about it. Same cleaner every visit, so you are not explaining your house to a stranger again. First visit is a deep clean because it always needs one. We would rather charge for it than rush it.

Move-out

For realtors & renters

Empty house, top to bottom. Inside cabinets, inside the fridge and oven, baseboards, blinds, window tracks. We send photos so you don’t have to drive out and check before a closing.

Post-construction & renovation

For builders, contractors & realtors

Final cleans after new construction, a renovation, or a remodel — including a house that has to be photo-ready for the market on Friday. We bring our own shop vac, ladders, and cords, and we know drywall dust settles twice. W-9 on request, same-day when you’re in a bind.

Turnovers

For short-term rental hosts

Checkout at 11, check-in at 3. We work that window and we don’t miss it. Every turnover ends with photos so you know the place is guest-ready before you get the notification.

    I clean surfaces, I don’t declutter. Clear counters and floors let me do far more in the same time. Homes with heavy smoke damage or excessive clutter are quoted higher after a walkthrough.
